Hi Kathleen! Thank you so much for your order and feedback. I’m sorry you were disappointed in your bath boxes. The listing asks for customers to purchase the boxes separately from other items and each box should be purchased separately. I went ahead and shipped you both boxes instead of canceling your order. Each month I create 5-7 mostly exclusive full sized products for the boxes. Your items would have come in an individual box, but that would have left me to ship two boxes to you. I packed them in one. I assure you the box was not “loosely “ packed. Every single item shipped from us will have bio peanuts or bubble wrap (carefully and tightly packed) as the items are quite fragile. It would be impossible for me to have custom made gift boxes for the variety of items I make each month for the box. We are small business and custom sized gift boxes that can withstand shipping have a minimum order quantity in the thousands. We ship hundreds of bath boxes each month, so it would be very expensive and wasteful due to the change of sizes of products each month.

I chose to do a variety of our new and best selling summer sugar scrubs because of the extreme heat we have been having this summer.
